Terms & Conditions


We require a minimum of 12 pieces per design and garment.


Invoices must be paid in full before Forty Three Graphix Co. LLC  will begin the order process. On some occasions we can do 50% deposit and 50% due on pickup or prior to shipping. If your organization requires different methods please contact us. You will be sent an invoice by Forty Three Graphix Co. LLC staff. Once you have paid your invoice in full production can begin. If you pay via check, the timeframe on your order will not begin until your check clears. There will be a $30 return check fee.


The timeframe on your order with Forty Three Graphix Co. LLC starts when you have paid in full, and we have all information required to complete your order (all artwork, all delivery/shipping info, etc.) & your mock-ups have been approved. Delay in receipt of *any* of this info could result in production delays. Our current turnaround time is approximately 14-16 business days on average. Complex orders/add-ons may increase turnaround time. Delay in approval of mock-ups could also result in production delays.

If you have a deadline for your order, it is very important that you let us know when placing your order and a rush fee may apply if there is not enough time to complete your order under normal circumstances. If you do not advise us about a due date until after your order has been paid in full, we may not be able to accommodate your request. Any circumstances out of Forty Three Graphix Co. LLC’s control (weather delays, shipping errors by the supplier, etc.) may also require more time and are not factored into the initial time frame estimate. Forty Three Graphix Co. LLC will do everything we can to meet any deadline date, but we cannot guarantee it.

Please Note: Ordering multiple designs at one time, adding inside tagging, specialty inks and/or fulfillment services will add to our standard turnaround time.

Satisfaction Clause

Forty Three Graphix Co. LLC will not be responsible for your satisfaction with the garments printed on or the printed artwork. We are always available to counsel any customer to ensure you pick a garment that matches your needs but we also need you to do your due diligence on the garment choice. If you are unsure of what garment to select, we can gladly order a number of blank samples for you to choose from. The samples will be billed at a per piece rate and delivered/shipped without printing. Blank samples can be credited to the cost of your order upon return. Digital renditions and mockups of the shirt can vary from the actual shirt delivered. Therefore, we highly suggest the customer sees the color of garment chosen before ordering. When the final order is received, we cannot guarantee that the customer will like the garments they chose if not seeing a sample prior.

Forty Three Graphix Co. LLC will always choose what we think is the best print method for your job unless you specify otherwise.

Color Matching

All colors in a design will be matched to the closest in-house stock ink color. For exact color matches, please request Pantone matched colors. Pantone color matches are available for an additional fee.

Overruns Runs|Spoilage

Overruns/Spoilage not to exceed 10% on quantities ordered shall constitute acceptable delivery. Forty Three Graphix Co. LLC will bill for actual quantity printed and delivered. In other words, we may print too many shirts, more then ordered (extremely rare) or we may botch/mess up a few and deliver a few less than ordered. (Return of money on amount not delivered per garment)  It’s rare but sometimes can happen this is the nature of the printing industry. If you REQUIRE exact quantities, then please have a conversation with us about it

Art Approval|Order Proofing

All artwork is to be approved via a digital mock-up through email or text message, etc.  Artwork must be checked for spelling, color, sizes ordered, placement of the art and accuracy of artwork by the customer. It is very important to look over every detail of the mock-up, as this is how your garments will print. Please be mindful that once the mock-up is finalized and approved, no more changes can be made. The customer is fully responsible for approving the final mock-up before we begin printing. Forty Three Graphix Co. LLC will not accept responsibility for corrections not implemented and/or requested before artwork approval. Any modifications requested after customer approval will result in production delays and could require additional expenses. Any delays in the approval process longer than 24 hours after receipt of the mock-up could result in production delays. Artwork charges apply for any artwork that is sent not print ready.

Art Guidelines

All artwork must be submitted at 300dpi resolution or higher. Vector files are preferred. Acceptable formats are EPS, PSD, AI, and PDF. You are welcome to send the design file as well as a PNG or JPEG Proof. In the case the artwork is not high quality and or print ready Forty Three Graphix Co. LLC can offer solutions at an additional cost to recreate the artwork for you to be print ready.

Print Location|Print Size

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide details in regard to print placement and size. If no details are provided Forty Three Graphix Co. LLC will print in standard locations (ex: Chest Print, Print to start 2’’-3’’ inches below collar). The best way to gauge your print size is to lay a shirt (in the sizes you wish to have printed) flat and use a ruler to measure out the print area. Please keep in mind the scale of the print will vary on different sized garments and all items of an order will be printed with the same set of screens, unless different size screens are pre ordered and discussed.

There is a human element involved in screen printing. As much as we try to automate there is still going to be someone constructing t-shirts by hand and loading them on the press by hand. Due to this, we cannot be held liable for printing placements less than a 1/2” in variance. When printing on fabrics such as cotton etc,  shifts in the image up to a 1/2″ can occur. We do our best to load the shirts for optimal placement in accordance to the proof.

Manufacture Out of Stocks|Defects

Due to the wide variety of brands, styles, colors, and sizes, Forty Three Graphix Co. LLC does not stock blank garments. From time to time the manufacture may be out of stock on ordered items. Forty Three Graphix Co. LLC will not be held liable for delays due to manufacture out of stocks or discontinued items. In these cases the customer will be notified immediately and provided with other options

Forty Three Graphix Co. LLC cannot be held responsible for garment inconsistencies such as color inconsistencies, stitching errors, mislabeled garments, loose/inconsistent stitching, and/or garment defects (holes in garments, ripped seams, etc.). We try our best to inspect the garments as we print them, but we cannot guarantee each garment. We are not the manufacturers of these garments, so we cannot ensure their construction.

Quality Assurance

We try to check every garment as it comes off the press, but there are times where some mistakes will make it out the door. It is your responsibility as the customer to check over garments as you receive them. We allow an industry standard 72 hour time frame from the time you receive the goods to notify us of any issues with the order. Forty Three Graphix Co. LLC will not be responsible for errors with your order if notified after 72 hours of receiving the goods. While Forty Three Graphix Co. LLC does quality checks on the garments, the final quality assurance check lies in the hands of you, our customer.

Claims and Reprints

We go to great lengths to try to ensure that every order that leaves our business is correct. All of our customers are valued customers and we want you all to know that. Any order printed differently than the mock-up approved will be granted a reprint of the defective product. All claims must be reported within 72 hours of date of delivery. If Forty Three Graphix Co. LLC is responsible for any errors in your order, we will gladly accept responsibility for the issues and will reprint the shirts printed in error. We do not offer refunds, but will gladly reprint any production errors.

Order Cancellation|Returns

In the event that an order is cancelled by a customer the refund will be based on the status of the order. Depending order status, the customer may have to pay a restocking fee or for the garments themselves. If the order is already completed, no refund will be issued.

At Forty Three Graphix Co. LLC we stand behind our work. We do not offer refunds on any order, but will reprint the order to the correct specs if a mistake has been found. If upon receiving your order you find that something is incorrect, you must notify us within 72 hours of the delivery of your product. Once we are notified, we will do everything we can to take care of any issues in a timely manner. If it is determined that you need to return products to Forty Three Graphix Co. LLC for inspection or to be reprinted, the product must be returned within 2 business weeks of the stated claim. If you have contacted us to make a return and we have agreed to cover the shipping costs, all items must be shipped using ground ship methods from UPS or FedEx— any other methods of shipping (3 day ship, 2nd day air, next day air, next day saver) will not be covered. If items are returned after this timeframe, the shipment will be denied and the package will be sent back to you unless prior arrangements have been made.

Legal Disclaimer

If a dispute occurs and legal action is necessary, the customer waives the right to mediation and Forty Three Graphix Co. LLC shall seek resolution through the courts. Because each printed piece is customized and the customer approves the artwork before we begin printing all sales are final.

Customer Relations

We are very fortunate to work with some really great customers and companies, but every once in a while we will have a potential customer who is rude or inappropriate. Forty Three Graphix Co. LLC reserves the right to not accept your order if you are being unpleasant to work with!

Screen Charge|Setup Fees

We do not charge setup fees (aka screen fees) – just one way we can say ("We Treat You Better”) but please note that by default, like the rest of the industry we will use the same set of screens per design ordered. That is the graphic will print the exact same size, no matter the size of the item we are printing on. If you would like to have different screen sizes made for different item sizes, please let us know ahead of time. Each set of screens will be considered a different order, with pricing and minimums charged accordingly. Please keep the max imprint sizes in mind when printing womens and youth sized shirts compared to Unisex adult shirts.


Just like you, we like to spend the holidays with our families and friends. For that reason, we are closed for the following holidays. These days will not be considered operational business days and will not count towards the turnaround time:

·         Memorial Day

·         Independence Day

·         Labor Day

·         Thanksgiving Day

·         The Day After Thanksgiving

·         Christmas Eve

·         Christmas Day

·         The Day After Christmas

·         New Year's Eve


All orders are to be hand delivered or picked up. Shipping is not included in estimates/invoices unless specified beforehand. Shipping time is not included in turnaround time. Inform Forty Three Graphix Co. LLC that you will require shipping. Once the shipment is handed over to the carrier, we cannot guarantee timeliness or exact delivery dates.
